By long distance races if road is wet or by 100m quarter et semi final if road is dry. No stop program

07-09-2022  |  TRANSPORT BY “AIRPORT OF THE PARKS” ROAD CIRCUIT 

For today Wednesday 7th a race bus will start at 15:00 and a race at 16:00 for those who have to go to the airport to try the road circuit.  
Return to L’Aquila for today at 19.00.
Thursday 8th September.
Departure of the bus at 8:00.  
If there is a need for a second ride, starting at 9:00 am.
Return to the city at 13: 00/13: 30
Afternoon bus transport to the airport at 2.30 pm with a possible second ride at 3.30 pm.
Return to the city for everyone at the end of the races at 9:30 pm / 10:00 pm.
Friday 9th September.
Departure of the bus at 7:30.  
If there is a need for a second run, starting at 8:30 am.
Return to a city at 13: 00/13: 30.
Afternoon to the airport departure at 16:00 with a possible second ride at 17:00.
Return for everyone to L’Aquila at the end of the races at 9:30 pm / 10:00 pm

1) For tomorrow we are organizing.  The bus for transport to the airport leaves from the “Amiternum” stop near the Hotel My Suite at 3:00 pm.  subsequently we will inform you for days 8 and 9. 
2) Those who come by their own means, appointment at 15:30 at the airport parking entrance.
3) Airport area access: we inform you that to enter the internal area of the airport of the parks it is mandatory to show the pass and wear the colored bracelet that was given by the secretariat.  This applies to athletes and technicians.

Inside the Airport of the Parks, where the road races of the European Championships will take place on 7, 8 and 9 September, there is a restaurant.For those who may be interested in having lunch or dinner, it is advisable to book.

The Delegates of the National Sports Federations participating in the European skating championships are informed that the preparatory meeting will be held on 3 September at 10:30 am in the meeting room of the Azzurro hotel, Viale Corrado IV.  For security reasons, please do not bring people who are not directly interested in the meeting.

All the Delegates of the National Sports Federations are informed that the opening ceremony will take place on 3 September at 18:00.  The ceremony will be held at the track  

Each Delegation will have to provide two representatives to parade for their country.  More information and details during the preparatory meeting.
